Attunement
Attunement is an embodied, intuitive sound journey which aims to deepen your sense of the sounds that want to move through you. Sounds that have the power to release stuck energies, reconnect you with ancestors, unleash your deep longings, heal ancestral and individual trauma, and reclaim your sovereignty. Sounds that allow you to resonate, harmonize, and be dissonant/different with others. Sounds that allow you to cultivate an inner state and nurture a collective field that create conditions for healing, belonging, emergence, and liberation.

Daily Antidote of Song
nisha is thrilled to be the guest song leader on the Daily Antidote to Song Program (DAS) hosted by the masterful singer and song leader Elise Witt. Sponsored by Carpe Diem Arts, the DAS started in April 2020, as an immediate artistic response to the pandemic. Our virtual daily song was in response to the mental health challenges of isolation, offering a chance for people to connect, sing a song, hear some discussion, and share some collective joy to carry them through their day.
As Turtle Island and the world is tuning in more and more to transforming systems of dominance like structural racism, heteropatrachy, classim/caste, Islamophobia, ableism, and the prison industrial complex, DAS has focused their lens even more strongly on racial and social justice, with songs and leaders that reflect some of the many crises and solution seekers around our globe.
